For the first time ever we have won the county finals of this national competition, beating Folkestone Girls, Kings Canterbury, Rainham, Dartford Girls and TWGGS. We now move on to the SouthEast Final on 14th June. The product is a book, audio CD and play board pack that employs the three vital components of sound, touch and sight in letting children learn. We managed to pick up the Most Innovative Product Award and received huge interest and acclaim from the judges. Our next stop will be the County Show where we have been asked to showcase our project in the KCC tent. Watch out for Kevin Lynes, KCC Cabinet Member for Regeneration and Economic Development as he visits us soon!
